6 Ways to Make the Taste of Your Healthy Shake Even Better

My Healthy Shake is Naturally Sweetened Already

First of all, this shake is carefully flavored with only plant-based sweeteners: organic cane sugar, stevia plant extract, and Monkfruit. To Make the Healthy Shake

Combine a scoop of the healthy shake, half-a-cup to a full cup of your favorite kind of milk or water, and a handful of ice. Blend together in a blender.

Better Taste, Here We Come!

1. Experiment with the kind of milk you’re using.

My first solution is to make sure that if you’re not such a fan yet of the Healthy Shake flavor, make sure you’re blending it with milk. Almond milk and Coconut milk are lighter kinds of milk. If you’re not allergic or opposed to it, whole milk provides a really great, creamy flavor to the shake.

2. My second and perhaps best solution is to add your favorite kind of Flavored Coffee Creamer.

For example, you can add a peppermint mocha coffee creamer flavoring to the Café Latte Healthy Shake and it will taste like Christmas. Add Caramel coffee creamer of any brand to the Café Latte, Vanilla, or Chocolate for a delicious taste. Berry-like or Vanilla Creamer will go great with the Strawberry Healthy Shake. My favorite way to use the creamer so you taste it even more is to blend the Shake FIRST, pour the creamer in a separate cup, then pour the blended Shakeology in the creamer cup. (Does that make sense?) Try it out! You can’t go wrong here with this yummy option. Just be aware of the calories and how much you’re adding.

3. Add Frozen Fruit.

My go-to is to add a half of a frozen banana to my shakes to make it creamier, and this also gives it a sweet banana taste. (To make frozen bananas, first peel the banana, cut into halves, wrap in plastic wrap, then a plastic baggie, then put in the freezer. Take each half out when needed). For a more filling shake, use a whole banana. The banana goes well with any flavor shake. You can buy frozen berries at the store and throw a handful in the shake. Frozen berries will taste amazing with the Vanilla Shake (like Berries and Cream!) or Strawberry. It may taste great with Chocolate, too.

4. Add Cinnamon.

This is a tasty calorie-free option that goes best with Chocolate, Vanilla, and Café Latte Healthy Shake.

5. Add Cacao Powder.

This low-calorie option can have many cool benefits as well, because it can help lower blood pressure and improve blood flow to the brain. Besides that, it can amp up the taste to your shake. This can go well with any flavor of Shake.

6. Make it into Healthy Shake Ice Cream.

Go back to adding the frozen banana and/or berries. Make your shake with this and milk. Then place in the freezer for about an hour. Take it out and you’ll have the consistency of yummy ice cream! Feel free to add any toppings you dare, such as fresh fruit or Monkfruit chocolate chips.
