- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup / 120 g unsweetened applesauce
- 1 scoop Chocolate My Healthy Shake
- 2 tsp. semisweet (or dark) chocolate chips

- Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray.
- Add egg to mug; lightly beat with fork. Add applesauce, My Healthy Shake, and your preferred kind of chocolate chips; stir until well incorporated.
